Downlow tells Uptop, “Just ignore him right now.”

He then dramatically says, “Do you actually care about this?”
At this, Uptop quickly separates from Downlow and launches towards Shadow who dodges away at the right time.
spent too long on the last panel trying to figure out who dodged who and eventually settled on "uptop and downlow split, downlow jumped at uptop, almost hit shadow (who dodged) and then uptop dodged and downlow is being launched back now and then read the transcript and i learned i was very very wrong
